Sponsorship Information

General Information:

• The deadline for print advertising in event programs is two weeks prior to the event.
• All ads must be paid for and submitted by disc or email before the deadline.
• Ads should be in Black & White, 300 DPI or higher and precisely sized. (see info below)
  Formats accepted: Photoshop files, JPG, TIFF, PDF

Pioneer Valley Roller Derby is not responsible for typographical errors or incorrect information contained in your advertisement.
Payment will be made out to: Pioneer Valley Roller Derby, LLC.
Payments made for advertising are not tax deductible donations.

Sponsor links will be available on the website for a period of 2 months.
We accept pre-booking for more than 2 months.

Sponsors Page:

• $25 per text link
• $50 per image link (banner size 486x60)

Home Page:

• $250 per text link (limit 50 characters)
• $500 per image link (banner size 80x80)
