Sponsorship Information

General Information

  • The deadline for print advertising in event programs is two weeks prior to the event.
  • All ads must be paid for and submitted by disc or email before the deadline.
  • Ads should be in black and white, 300 DPI or higher, and precisely sized. (See info below.)
  • Formats accepted: Photoshop files, JPG, TIFF, PDF
  • Pioneer Valley Roller Derby is not responsible for typographical errors or incorrect information contained in your advertisement.
  • Payment will be made out to Pioneer Valley Roller Derby, LLC.
  • Payments made for advertising are not tax deductible donations.
  • All rates are subject to change.

Silver Package - $1,000

  • Full page ad in all home bout programs

Bronze Package - $500

  • Half page ad in all home bout programs
