2010 Relay For Life of Hampshire County

6/18/10 to 6/19/10 - Time: 3:00 pm

Three years ago Pioneer Valley Roller Derby walked in Springfield's Relay for Life in honor of Big Vinny's Kid's brother. We were successful in our effort to raise money, but the fight for a cure still rages on. This year we have a team in the Florence Relay for Life June 18 to June 19 in Look Park. The Relay is a 24 hour event where teams of walkers take to the track for 24 hours. We camp out, cook out, hang out and walk, walk, walk.

This year at least one of our own is battling cancer. Big Vinny's brother is still fighting and our league has more than one survivor! Join us to support them and the many others whose lives are touched by cancer.
